Came accross this advert & thought it might be useful to somebody;

Did anybody ever say Hua Hin was expensive?

The information you have provided are really nice. But it is really pricey. I don't think that people will prefer this house specially with 2-5 members. I stayed at Lola Bungalows, really good place and affordable price. We stayed only one night, so we couldn't enjoy the nice beach too much. But it's a quiet spot, a bit off the tourist masses. So very peaceful and relaxing. We paid 300B for the night, but if you stay longer, it's a bit cheaper.

Correct, this is triple the going rate for a rental in BS - lets hope these people get a grip and that the Hua Hin trend does not start down here.
