It looks like the town pool and gym up the road from the post office is out of service for a long time. I had once heard there is another place in town to swim, anyone know where?

Ocean works for me, but the missus won't go in. Despite 4 beginning swimming lessons she can't ......

Actually wanted the gym more. They have the place in town may have to start getting this flabby body back in shape (me not the missus (in case she reads this!!))

Want to get my JW arm in shape for when you return!

I hear it is expensive, but the Win Hotel apparently has a pool and gym membership.

You can also get a pool membership at Coral Hotel for 10k baht per year. They have a tiny little 'gym' with just a couple of low quality pieces of equipment, but nothing anyone who wants a real workout would appreciate.

Thanks! Actually checked out the Win yesterday. Great pool and decent exercise area. They open at 1
Day use 150 baht for exercise, or pool, 180 for both

One month 1500 each, or 1800 for both.

There is also a 3 month option, not sure of the price.

Coral's exercise room was in pretty poor shape!!

The main thing is do they have a machine to build up strength in you right arm?

this is of utmost importance
